Harassed in the workplace? Lessons from Schoolyard Bullying!

Thursday, May 31, 2012 – 12 pm Pacific Time
1 pm Mountain | 2 pm Central | 3 pm Eastern

Workplace Bullying is repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons by one or more perpetrators. We’ve heard lots of public discussion about bullying in the schoolyard but what about the harassment that employees face on the job.  Bullying includes verbal abuse, offensive conduct/behaviors, and work interference.  This can happen anywhere and impacts everyone in the workplace.  Come join Dr. David Hall, author and professor, and Melissa Regan, award-winning filmmaker and founder of, as they provide highlights of their recent Out & Equal University course ‘What Would You do if….going from spectator to ally when bullying occurs’.  This town call will provide tools and insights on what bullying looks like and what you can do, as an individual or company, to create programs and awareness in the workplace and in your communities.
