Out & Equal Workplace Summit opens registration

Here’s what people are saying about the Out & Equal Workplace Summit:

“The topics were excellent and I only wish I could have attended every session.”

“It felt like utopia being surrounded by 2,500 LGBT people, colleagues, allies and advocates. The plenary speakers were beyond inspiring. I walked away invigorated, educated and newly dedicated to fulfilling my role as advocate.”

Selisse BerryThe Out & Equal Workplace Summit is an incredible experience. Nine out of 10 of those who came last year said they will recommend the Summit to their colleagues and friends, and more than 4 out of 5 of them said they’d be back again this year. That speaks volumes about the ways in which the Summit impacts people and the companies they work for.  If you’ve been before, you know how great it is and we’re looking forward to welcoming you back. If you’ve never attended an Out & Equal Workplace Summit, we hope you’ll join us for the first time this year.Atrium, Hilton Anatole

Held at the beautiful Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas, from October 25-28, the 2011 Workplace Summit will feature more than 100 workshops and 4 plenary sessions, including the Gala Awards Plenary, that will benefit human resources and diversity professionals, managers, LGBT employees, allies, ERGs, executives and more.

There are countless networking opportunities and great entertainment that showcases the best of LGBT culture. We’ll also be awarding the coveted “Outies,” honoring those who have made substantial contributions to the movement for workplace equality.

In response to feedback from our attendees, we’ve revised the schedule to make it more effective and energizing for you. You can view the working schedule and read more about the improvements here.
